PocketAI is a software application that enables users to run artificial intelligence language models locally on their own devices. PocketAI also offers optional cloud-based features including remote device access, account management, and model catalog browsing.
You are solely responsible for all content you generate, input, or produce using the Service. This includes but is not limited to:
PocketAI does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, appropriateness, or quality of any AI-generated content. AI models may produce inaccurate, biased, offensive, or otherwise objectionable outputs. You acknowledge that AI-generated content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of expert advice.
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on the rights of any third party.
PocketAI provides a catalog of AI models sourced from third-party providers (such as Hugging Face and other open-source repositories). PocketAI does not create, train, or modify these models. You are responsible for:
PocketAI makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, safety, or legality of any third-party AI model or its outputs.
Certain features of the Service require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
PocketAI offers the following tiers: Free, Lifetime Unlock, and Pro subscription. Payment is processed through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, or cryptocurrency processors). Pricing and features are subject to change. All purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as stated in our refund policy.
For in-app purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the respective store's terms and refund policies apply.

PocketAI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PocketAI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The PocketAI name, logo, and branding are trademarks of PocketAI.
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, subject to the license terms of the underlying AI models used to generate that content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
POCKETAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI MODEL OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE. POCKETAI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, POCKETAI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, AI MODEL OUTPUTS, OR USER-GENERATED CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.
IN NO EVENT SHALL POCKETAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO POCKETAI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PocketAI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) content generated by AI models through your use of the Service; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
